| Exterior with Prow |
This client chose a 10” Swedish Cope log in full log construction with a Saddlenotch corner system. The windowed prow front captures sunlight day long as the sun shifts in the sky. These logs are offered in either a smooth or skip planed finish for a more rustic appeal. |

| Great Room |
Plenty of architectural accents were used to create this impressive room in the home. A round king truss system makes a definitive statement in this home’s great room. The ceiling is dressed up with round purlins and tongue & groove pine. |

This staircase was created using 6x12 ˝ round Douglas Fir stringers and treads. |

| Custom Entry |
This client chose an attractive custom entry door that contrasts nicely with the log walls. Also adding character to the home are the Swedish Cope log butt ends extruding into the interior. |

| A Closer Look |
Focusing on just a small section of the home’s front, it is easier to see the hand hewn finish on the logs. There are ample personal preferences available to individualize each home. This client favored the hand hewn or skip planed finishing technique. Another personal choice used in this home was the use of 10” round purlins, shown here lining the inside of the roof peak. |

| More Custom Choices |
This photo illustrates additional custom choices available. For example, the client for this home chose to upgrade to a metal roof from Hilltop’s standard asphalt roofing material. Metal roofing is available in an array of colors. To match the home’s Swedish Cope logs, 8” round Douglas Fir posts are in place to support the covered porch. |
