| Site Evaluation |
As part of a turnkey service option, Hilltop provides site evaluation to ensure you plan for the best exposure and home for your needs and land. This looks like a perfect woodland sanctuary for this home! |
| Builder Friendly |
This home’s components are wrapped in protective tarps and set conveniently in place as directed by the layout diagram. The systematic and organized layout for bundled components assists the builder in easily following the blueprint by setting materials in the place where they will be used. Hilltop also ships home packages stacked in reverse order to that the log the builder needs first is on the top, not the bottom. While these measures may seem minor, they actually help to save the homeowner money, by making it easy for the builder to work more efficiently. |

| Custom Choices |

| Maximize Your Investment |
Without heat or interior finish materials, this home’s garage is stick-built constructed to manage costs. It will be finished with log siding to match the full log construction of the home. When complete, the difference in construction methods will not be visible and the homeowner will be able to allocate savings towards something else. |

| Decorative Trusses |
For many, the appeal of a timber frame home lies in the fact that the structurally supporting timbers also serve the home’s decor and style. One complete truss is in place with a black steel plate securing the individual beams. |
| Matching Profiles |
With the heavy timbers in place, the tongue and groove ceiling is added, matching the flat interior log profile on the walls. |

| Preparing Electrical Chaseways |

Holes are drilled into pre-determined locations in the logs for electrical wiring to run through. |
